Sustainability at the heart, our goals for the future

At Flavour Makers we believe that what you eat can change the world.

We believe that we are custodians of the environment in which we live and we have an absolute mandate to make it better for future generations.

We believe in Australian manufacturing, the importance of family and respecting human rights.

We believe that our actions can make a difference locally and globally. We have set ourselves on a path toward becoming a carbon neutral company by 2030, with ambitions to become a regenerative company, cultivating the Australian organic supply chain.

We believe that we owe this to our children and future generations.

We recognise that sustainability is a journey that requires commitment, innovation and on-going investment.

2021

Flavour Makers is committed to sourcing electricity from renewable sources. Our HQ (Governor) and Woodlands sites have full solar roof panels which have reduced carbon emissions by 50%. We are sun-powered and proud!

2025

We are working hard to reduce plastic waste and achieve a waste-free future. For that reason, all our consumer packaging will be 100% recyclable or compostable by 2025.

Taking action

Carbon Neutral by 2030

Our mission to be a carbon neutral company by 2030 is at the heart of our sustainability vision. We thank our consumers, clients and customers, who are on this journey with us. Let's save the world together.

Organisations we work with

Our sustainability partnerships

We understand that our impact can extend beyond or four walls, and are proud to support these organisations who's values align with ours.

Australian Organic Food Co has partnered with the Carbon8 regenerative which encourages and supports farmers to transition to regenerative agriculture by assisting them in rebuilding the carbon (organic matter) in their soil.
In light of the Covid-19 crisis and the adverse impact it’s having on our Balinese neighbours, we have created the Passage Foods Balinese Curry which donates proceeds (25c per pack sold) to the Yayasan Solemen Indonesia Foundation for their efforts to supply basic food supplies to villages in need.
Flavour Makers is proud to support 1% For The Planet through our Passage Foods Veg Curry Bowls. We donate 1% of all global sales of the range to non-profit partners dedicated to plastic recovery and education.
Celebrate Health is committed to helping all Australians to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives, which is why we have partnered with Bravehearts to ensure Aussie kids get the best possible start in life.
